VelOps is billed per user per month, with one licence per person: VelOps Rider for riders, VelOps Crew for staff, admin and performance. We don't publish prices; ask for a quote and we'll put one together for your team.
VelOps Rider & VelOps Crew
VelOps is team management and race logistics software for professional cycling teams (men's, women's and development squads): a back office for races, selections, travel, staff and team cars, plus a rider app. The two licences follow that split: VelOps Rider gives riders the rider app, and VelOps Crew gives staff, admin and performance the full back office.

How pricing works
Every person who uses VelOps has one licence, billed per user per month. We don't publish a price list: prices are on request, and your quote depends on how many VelOps Rider and VelOps Crew licences your team needs.
You pay every month for each person who uses VelOps. People who don't use VelOps don't need a licence.
Each person gets one licence: VelOps Rider for riders, VelOps Crew for staff, admin and performance.
There is no public price list. Request a quote and we'll send you the price for your team.
Choosing per person
The rule of thumb: riders get VelOps Rider, and everyone who works in the back office gets VelOps Crew, whatever their role. Below is what each role typically uses in VelOps. Not sure about someone? We go through your team together in the demo.
Men's, women's and development riders: their races, trip, who else is going, profile, change requests and links, in the rider app.
Selections per race and the programme per division in the rider calendar.
Travel, hotels, expenses, tasks and rider change requests.
The fleet calendar, vehicle maintenance and equipment per rider.
Their races in the staff calendar, plus injuries and medical tests per rider, visible only to authorised staff.
Race days per rider, the rider calendar and results across the season.
Getting started
You don't need to plan every licence for the years ahead. Start with the riders and staff you have today and add people when the team grows or changes.
We show VelOps live, using races and roles like yours, and go through the licences your team needs.
Riders get VelOps Rider. Sports directors, soigneurs, mechanics, doctors, team operations and performance staff get VelOps Crew.
As part of setup, the apps can be delivered in your team's colours, logo and fonts.
When new riders or staff join the team, add a licence for each of them.
