The demo
What happens in 30 minutes
A VelOps demo takes 30 minutes, in person or online, and covers both parts of the platform. VelOps is team management and race logistics software for professional cycling teams (men's, women's and development squads): a back office for races, selections, travel, staff and team cars, plus a rider app.

1. How you work today
We start by looking at how your team plans races, selections, travel and hotels today, and where things get stuck between spreadsheets, emails and group chats.

2. Your races, your roles
We then show the rider app and the back office using your own races and roles as the example: the selection for one of your races, its travel and hotels, and what a rider sees on their phone.

3. Your licence questions
We answer your questions about licences. There are two: VelOps Rider for riders and VelOps Crew for staff, admin and performance, both billed per user per month. Prices are given on request.
Who should join
Bring the people who plan your season
The demo is most useful when the people who run your races day to day can see it with you, usually team operations and a sports director.
Sports directors
They see how the selection per race works, with riders grouped by division and staff by role, each selected or reserve, and how that selection feeds the calendars and the rider app.
Can other staff join?
Yes. Anyone who helps plan the season with you, such as performance staff or mechanics, is welcome to join the demo.
Do we need to prepare anything?
No preparation is needed. If you have a few upcoming races and your staff roles in mind, we'll use them as the example.
